3D laser processing

thyssenkrupp Materials Slovakia, as part of the Eastern European distribution network of thyssenkrupp Materials Service, is a leader in the field of material supply on the Slovak market. Thanks to strong international cooperation within our network, we offer a wide range of materials and services in the region. In our service centers we process materials, prepare semi-finished products as well as finished elements according to customer expectations.

We would like to introduce you to our new service: Laser 3D cutting! 3D laser is a very progressive method of processing profiles and pipes.

Using a 3D laser, we are able to divide the material and create holes from carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel materials exactly according to your requirements.

  • TruLaser Tube 7000

  • Max. length 6000 mm

  • Max. weight 37.5 kg / m

  • Max. diameter 254 mm

  • Max. wall thickness for carbon steel 10 mm

  • Max. wall thickness for stainless steel 6 mm

  • Max. wall thickness for aluminum 5 mm
