Its advantageous properties are considered to be

• it allows different surface treatment with low cost level (painting, anodizing, pickling),
• it has a very good machinability (e.g. bending, welding, punching),
• lighter than steel by approx. 65%,
• good heat-conductivity properties,
• well machinable,
• well recycable.
